Do we need a brief or a clear idea before reaching out?
No. Most people who reach out don’t have one yet. You tell us what’s slow, what’s breaking, or what’s costing you time — we work out the rest.
How long does it take to get started?
The AI Scan takes five minutes. After that we book a 30-minute call, usually within a few days, and move quickly from there.
What does the first call look like?
Thirty minutes. You tell us about your business and what’s on your mind; we ask questions, tell you honestly whether we can help, and outline what a first engagement would look like.
Is there a minimum project size?
We don’t publish a minimum. If the scope is small, a focused consulting engagement is usually the right place to start — scoped, priced, and quick to say yes to.
